Dear Ayyan,
While travelling in train we used to share food with a co-traveller. Nowadays we are afraid to share because if the other person wants to share some biscuits or some thing in return we have to think of biscuit bandits. So to avoid this we stopped sharing.
Abuse of children makes parents to warn their children to keep away from strangers.
