Thayir Sadam

In our home any meal is incomplete without Thayir Sadam a.k.a Curd Rice. An absolute favorite with family. Even if I prepare a very big feast with fancy items they are dure to ask where is thayir sadam. Even if their full cannot eat a morsel more the question remains the same. There are times in our life when we don't take action because we feel the action is too little, that it wouldn't make a difference. When you take your children out what are your kids interested in , most of the time my children enjoy all the simple things that are easily found when you go out on a drive or on a vacation.

You may find it silly, but my children really enjoy watching,

Brick making..the beautiful clay moulded ones,being put into a furnance and lit..and the baked ones arranged...

Sugar cane juice – how the sugar can is passed through the rollers and the juices collected....

One day a farmers horse was playing happily in the rain. While playing, it fell into the open well. It cried piteously for help for hours. The farmer doesn’t know what to do.
