Welcome to my space!

Join me in my maiden journey as a blogger (rather a rambler) and hope you all enjoy the trip along with me. As a novice, I am trying not to reflect any styles but accept my apologies if I do so inadvertently, dear friends. My sincere and heartfelt thanks to the Expert bloggers who provide great inspiration.

Thanks to Wiki for providing me with the apt title..Reminiscence Bump!

Yes! It is too difficult to control the laughter, Mindi!

haha viji..that was just great..yes the trick is not to laugh at that time(i am very bad here....will enjoy the excuse heartily and realize how i have been taken for a ride only later)
let him enjoy himself now....and u too have a nice time with him..homework is going to be there for the next so many years in his life.
    love
    Mindi.

But too many times, I was taken for a ride too. Now I am trying to put my foot down. The worst is DH laughs louder and burst the balloon always. And my attention wavers in stopping him, in the gap, this little one escapesbonk. Smarter!

we are willing him to be relaxed and not bothered that much by homeworks...but the school and the rat race . In primary 2, the marks will determine the class they will be in primary 3. It is so ridiculousRant, but we have no say, except for returning to India. But I have told him just to try his best and leave it. It is so sad to think about the burden on them at such a tender age.How is education in Malaysia?

Next year they are intoducing new measures in primary education. Will have to wait and see

    Dear Mamta,

We understand their demands...but the problem here is how much we give in to their demands. The balance is the key.

    Nice to see you here!

    Dear Swati

This happens everyday. Just wondering...what more demands he will make and that too very cheeky! (Peer guidance I guess...!)
