Blog Review Group

Hi ILBs,

It been about a month since we introduced the IL blogs, and it has been extrememly well recived. We have some very active bloggers, and really great blogs. Thanks to you all for making this a big success.
As the number of blogs grow, we need to come up with a system to maintain the quality of blogs that gets posted on IL. So with that in mind, the Adminstrators and Moderators have come up with the idea of creating a Blog Review Group. Their sole reponsibility is to review the blogs and make sure they meet the minimum standards of Induladies. We are in the process of selecting the review group and will make the announcement soon. Thank you all once again.

As usual it is a very good idea from the administrators and moderators.

Yes, to maintain the standard of the forum there should be some rules and regulations and someone to keep watch over it constantly too.

Hope to see many more good ideas like this being incorporated.

Dear Pushpa and Latha,

Thank you. We are in the process of drawing up the guidelines for the review group. Once that is done, all the MODS, will put our heads together to choose the group. Hope to pick the best people, so that they will be very rational in moderating and reviewing the blogs.

Yes it is going to be tough, but then , as IL grows bigger, we do need this kind of challenges to make us better .

I am all in for the idea.
U can have a commonly agreed upon checklist to do this. An objective one I mean. The advantage of such a moderation would help the writers work on their grammar / style/ content etc. At the same time it ll maintain the focus and sanity of the blogger community, becoming an better place to write and share beautiful thoughts, funny day to day experiences and loads of information.

take it i am the roaming tom cat to many sites, and collect something nice from there too, i would love if you can bring about the same excitement here, by announcing competitions healthy ones.
1. like posting a picture and asking all use their imagination and come out with articles or poem, now this brings in a lot of stimulation for the stagnated mind which some writers get.

2.you can give a title and ask all bloggers to join and write about it using those words, like for example you have read my woman in heat, though the title is very misleading but one needs to come up with innovative stories or poem anything that they are comfortable, not using any porno subjects and other rules prevailing here.

you get a chance to see so many subjects under one banner and you get to recognize their talent through that..
