Ranchi-Patna air taxi service launched

Bihar's first air taxi with the brand name Indian Air Taxi took its first flight to Patna via Gaya from Ranchi on the eve of Independence Day. Spirit Air Private Ltd, a private air-taxi service provider, entered into an agreement with DTDS Travel and Tour Planner Pvt Ltd, to launch its services on Airport Authority of India (AAI) controlled airports like Ranchi, Gaya and Patna.

Do you think air taxi service will be useful for common people and help business in Bihar?

Hey, that's great news for Bihar. I wonder if such air taxis will make any difference in the life of common man directly, but yes indirectly it might make some difference in the long run if such easy travelling promotes business and tourism.

By the way, please share some more info on the service and the rates etc.
