There is one lending library near kundalahalli gate, "Just books" , they stock good english books. you can search in net for their exact contact details
itis on the main road
also if you are looking for some regional magazines/tamil etc..i have a guy who comes every week to drop the magazines..if u are interested i can ask him to get in touch with you
