Looking for good yoga classes in koramangala.I need someone who can help in reducing post delivery weight.Kindly help in suggesting good yoga classes.

aero fitness is the leading fitness centre in kormangala .it has been rated the best centre by Times ,deccan other web sites ect ...as a lady i find the comfort level very high here . Afc has expert fitness trainers, both lady and gent TRAINERS.the weight loss porgramme here is excellent if anyone is looking for weight loss pl workout under pappu he is best..........try out

This is the best fitness centre I ever Visited. Being a girl, the comfort level in this fitness centre is very high and always safe. The facilities, friendly environment, fun, trainer, manager, employee are indeed great and very supportive. I can say with no doubt that the Aerobics and Gym, both are excellent and very worth. I reduced 11kg within 3 months. Thanks to Aero Fitness Centre, I appreciate for the service they have provided us.
