Swimming coaching in Koramangala

Is anyone aware of a swimming coaching center around Koramanagala in Bangalore?

Hi!

I don't know of a coaching center near Koramangala, but in the south of b'lore there are two that i know of....Jayanagar Swimming pool near Cosmopolitan Club & BAC (Basavanagudi Aquatic Center) near National College Basavanagudi.

BAC is highly acclaimed & as u might be aware, the top swimmers in India are from b'lore & BAC has coached most of them. I was a national level swimmer & i too used to train there (though that was years ago).

I would definitely recommend that for competitive level swimming.

Koramangala clud is conducting swimming classes during summer vacation. Can check out. Hope this helps

Please clarify my some doubts. I like to learn swimming for the love of being in water. But somehow I am still planning. I stay near to BAC. good to hear you were trained there. I am 28 and is there any hindernace to learn at this age. I have little sensitive and very dry skin. should I take care of it before with starting to learn swimming. where to you get good suits in bangalore.

Age is no deterrant to learn swimming as long as you are in good health & have not been advised by a doctor against it. Regarding skin, i think it would be a good idea to consult a Dermatologist who can help you on how to protect your sesitive skin while in the water.
Suits......have no personal experience, but have heard that Olympic Sports & Always New on Commercial Street (not sure if it is still there) have good ones.

You can check with NGV club(this is near Koramangala bus depot). They conduct swimming classes. Also Koramangala Club offers swimming classes too.
