Buying a flat in bangalore

Hello,

We are planning to buy a flat in bangalore by the end of this year. I would like some feedback from local bangalore ladies on the average cost of 3 bedroom flat in Banshankari or kanakpura road areas. Also are there any good buildings without swimming pool / club house etc? I am not too interested in all these amenities but would like a reliable builder and well constructed apartment.

I have heard there is some new construction going on in kormangala by DLF. The cost of 3 bhk is around 40,00,000.One of my friend has recently booked one.But the possession wud be in 2011.

even i am looking for flats.2 bedroom flats either in HSR layout or NRcolony.people please suggest some builders names.what is the present rate in these areas
