 What is current rate per sft in Bangalore? pls help Hello Blore ILITES, we are plannign to buy a flat in bangalore. The location is just opposite to Kempfort, besides ISRO. Could you plese tell me what is the current rate per SFT such that we will do a negotiation with the builder. What is the rental value for a 2 BHK in tht area also.      |

| Re: What is current rate per sft in Bangalore? pls help Hi, we too are looking to buy a flat in bangalore. I have been looking at sites online (makaan.com, magicbricks.com etc ) and looks like the rates vary from Rs. 2400 - Rs. 2800 depending on location. |

| Re: What is current rate per sft in Bangalore? pls help THe flat we looked is just hardly 1/2 km from ISRO...5 mins walk to Kempfort. As tht flat would be best choice for ppl who works MG Road,White fields,diamond district etc....so I m about to opt for it. But how about rentals in tht area. Its a 2 BHK(1000 sft) with all cupboards fixed. Any idea how much rent we can ask for?? |
