 Want to sell my Apartment in Bangalore Hi All, My husband and I have an apartment in Koramangala and would like to sell it. Since we do not reside in India, could somebody please help me in how to go about finding reliable real estate agents etc who can help in sale of my property. We would be visiting India soon. During that time we would like to meet up the agents/brokers whom we have finalized to help with the sale. Any inputs? Thanks.      |

 Re: Want to sell my Apartment in Bangalore Hello  I was looking out to buy an apartment in Bangalore. If you can give me details of your apartment like carpet area, price etc I can decide. Looking forward to your reply on this. If the deal doesnt work then I would suggest you to give the ownership of selling your flat to someone whom you know, like friends or family members. They can help you by posting the availability of your home for sale in their internal company websites. Trusting someone whom you dont know is not good. As you guys will be out of India, you cannot know whats happening here. Besides the agents/brokers usually charge some amount of money as commission...
