CBSE or ICSE which is best? Please advise

Hi Moms,

I am looking for admission for my DD. I am very confused regarding the Syllabus to choose from. Whether CBSE or ICSE. From your experience can you give me some idea which is the best. Heard and read ICSE is more tougher and intensive whereas CBSE is light loaded.

I am not more concered about scoring marks. I want the kid to be more practical, analytical and creative.

Please drop your views. And also tell me some good schools in Bangalore East - Brookefield/whitefield area.

I had worked as a teacher in different ICSE and CBSE schools. according to my experience both will have same amount of syllabus. ICSE have divided one subject into 3 like Science into physics, chemistry and biology. where as CBSE will have all in one. So just look for school reputation.
