School Admission - Age Criteria?

Hi All!

I have 2.3 year old son(July 2006 born),So which year he should be admitted to school 2009 or 2010?.They have different age criteria's in each school and some follow montessori method and some Kindergarten.
Which syllabus is better CBSE or ICSE?.We stay in Bangalore.I'm really confused please suggest some good schools.
