Default NPS or international school in hebbel areal

Hi!
We are in the process of moving to Banglore and my son has a seat (99%) secured at NPS indiranager (3rd grade). Recently, I found out that our work place will move to Hebbel area in the next few months. Now, my question is should I stick to NPS for my son or find an international school for him in Hebbel area? I may not be able to find a spot for him in Vidayniketan.
Thanks

HI drjp:

Sticking to NPS is the easiest thing to do.

However, your son will be travelling some distance from Hebbal (the ring road connecting Hebbal to East Bangalore makes the distance less) to Indiranagar. I'm not sure about the distance exactly (you can check thru google map).

If you are not okay with the travelling, then I suggest you look into either Aditi Mallya (since you mentioned International school) or there is a Sindhi school in Kempapura (a locality immediately after Hebbal flyover), you will also find several apartments here and then there is Delhi Public school (DPS) as well in Yelahanka if I am right.

Hope this helps.

Sindhu

Hi drjp,

You can also send him to CMR NPS situated in Banaswadi(HRBR III Block). As Sindhu said DPS in Yelahanka is a good one. There is also Ryan International but that is ICSE syllabus.

Regards,

Abha.

Thanks Abha and Sindhu for your advice.
I am planning to take a trip there this week, hopefully I will get a first hand experience on travel time between hebbel and indiranagar. If it is longer than 30 min, I do not feel it is worth the trip. I plan to look at CMR... and Sindhi international.
Thanks again.
