Daycare in Fremont CA for a 1 yr old

Hi all,
My son would be 1 the Jan and we are on the look out for a daycare.
Could you ladies pls suggest and good one.
Also let me know the bad ones to avoid

there are plenty of day cares in fremont, home based or proper centers. Craigslist or sulekha has many postings. I suggest u put ur baby in some place, where some known kid is going already.

Thanks Viji..But my issue is none of the folks I know live in Fremont. So it would be great if someone would provide references ...
