Creche for 6 mth old in JP nagar, banglore

Plssss.....let me kno a reliable creche for my 6 mth old. i have gone crazy looking for a reliable one. most that i have found are run from home by untrained ladies, who i came to know beat kids if they don't adjust and therefore very scary n unreliable. At 6 months my child won't even be able to express what he is going thru and so i can't leave hm there and work in peace.

My kid is fussy while having his formula milk, so i rock him, distract him before he takes his daily diet and so i really need someone who would be patient with him and ensure that he takes his required feed. Otherwise he is a darling, doesn't cry much, neither during bath nor while dressing up. once fed he plays on his own.

I need to join work, but i am delaying for this one reason and the pressure from work is piling up on me. I m so tense that i m having sleepless nights. i tho't of quitting but in banglore, with rising inflation and a baby we need the two incomes.Pls let me know a tried and tested place.
