Is anyone aware of a successful baby sitting co-operative that is operational among Indian families? I am trying to set something up and would like to learn from experience of others if possible..thanks.

Does anyone know of any private day care facility in the Ashburn area of Virginia? Heard of a Telugu speaking lady who offers this service at reasonable rates. Any leads?
