Default Dairy - When and how much?

DD is 8.5 mo and hates formula and will not take it in any form. When I am away at work, 8am to 8pm, she will need some sort of millk?

What do you think I can introduce. I tried a little bit of curd, but she is not very keen. How should I give some diary?

We are doing curd everyday, mid morning. He takes paneer/cheese bites too. But only weekly once or two weeks once.

I have started curd as a snack in the evenings around 4pm. She takes curd with banana or apple puree.

Cheese - Which cheese do u give? Do u melt it?
Paneer - how do u give it ...given that she is not able to chew.

You can grate the cheese or use a cheese slice or cube. We did processed cheese, not sure what the recommendation on that is.

From what I understand processed cheese has preservatives and food colouring added. Is that ok? Also there are so many available at nilgiris.
Can someone tellme the brand they used?

Thanks Pooh...will check Nilgiris this week.
Also, I am glad to say that Adwi ia taking curd, but only with a fruit mashed into it, like Banana yogurt or pear yogurt etc.

btw girls, do we get fruit yogurts that I can give her? Without additives?
