| Your oothappam recipe (with tomatoes and onions) was great Gayathri. I made it 2 weeks back and forgot to give feedback. Well it still didn't work out well with my boy but i'm not giving up yet. Mixing in veges into the dosa batter is lot simple than spreading them on top. Here is our menu for the day: Breakfast at 9 (brunch?): Pesarattu with tomato thokku (only the dosai for the little one) Snack time at 11.30: milk with vanilla flavour and a wafer biscuit Lunch at 1.30: Rasam rice with zucchini koottu and yogurt rice Tea-time at 4.30 (we went out with friends) : Apple juice and apple cake on the way back at 6.30 (to keep the screaming down!): digestive biscuits and few grapes Dinner at 8: idli with curd. No bed-time milk today. Latha |
