You have not mentioned your kids age. However, since you had mentioned that you feed, I presume your kid is less than 1 or 1 1/2 years.
Just avoid milk based and egg based products for the risk of being allergic to them. You need to balance the diet with more fruits, vegetables and wheat foods.
You can give half boiled/smashed vegetables like carrots, potatoes, beans, peas, etc. Include lots of soups like mixed veg soup, tomato soup, beans soup, etc.
Give fruits like bananas, apples, grapes, etc.
Also, you can give crackers/biscuits slightly dipping it in warm water (if the kid is yet to develop tooth).
