Default Re: Foods for the 9 to 12 month old baby

Hi Moms,

I have a very unique problem (calling it unique as I haven't seen any post similar to my issue on this forum so far). My son is 21 months old and he does not like to have solid food i.e. chapati and/or rice with daal. I have been giving him mashed kchidi with vegetables (use blender to make a paste after I cook) since he was 9 month old. I have tried a lot in the past but he would not just take this. I understand that he has been in the teething game very late (did not start teething until 13 months) and still not have all the teeths in place but that should not be big issue. Any suggestions or idea that I can use to get him on to regular meals.

BTW - Offlate he has started liking maggi noodles (atta noodles with vegetables) and regular mac-n-cheese (that we get here in US) but that is not engouh as i know he needs to eat his regular food..

Please help!!!

Hello everyone,

I want to thank all of you who have shared the recipes here...
Its really very useful, and simple.
Since i stay away from my family....taking care of baby is bit difficult....but these food items are very nice, i have taken down all of them and now i am going to try it on my baby...i am sure he will love it..
