    Many of us come here wondering if our children are eating well or not (mostly not in my case.) So I have been busy trying to wean my little one off all kind of junk that's gotten into his diet and had been looking for a reliable source on how much of what food groups he should be eating. Thought you ladies may find this site interesting too. (hope I am not repeating others here!)
