Feeding Banana/Ragi during cold

    Hi,

    My son has cold and cough. Is it true that banana and ragi can worsen cold? Is there anything in particular that I need to avoid in his diet due to cold? thanks in advance.

    my doctor has told not to consume ragi in winter season n also no banana but the small bananas can b taken if u want

    No ragi when the child the has cold/fever.Also banana too.

    You may try the Sabhudhana(Javvarisi) Kanji if you really want to feed the kanji.
