Default Any home made "snacks" for Preschooler ?

I would like to have a list of homemade snacks for play school kids, apart from outside junks. (Healthy as well as attracive)

What kind of Juices can be given ?

Suggestions Please ?

------Palak Puris, Pumpkin Puris, Beet Puris --------

These can be made in different shapes using a cookie cutter. Recipe for all is the same. Steam shredded/cut pieces, add salt and cumin powder ..in case of pumpkin puris jaggery, not salt. To be kneaded in wheat flour and a lil rice flour.

Taste yummy, last for quite a few days.
