San - what exactly do you want to add to the word doc? A list of foods that can be given for that age or a meal plan (what we are giving with times and quantities) or recipes or what?

Vanathi.

If this is ok, we need to make a word doc for different age group...

Also if its possible we cud create it as a new thread so that its easily identifiable by everyone!

Cheer,Vandhana will not be online for quite sometime since she is relocating to India.Maybe someone else has to help.

Sandhya,I really don't know how helpful a doc file will be,it is a good start though from your end.

Vanathi, thanks a lot, tried sweet potatoes yesterday with rice cereal. It was a hit. Will try the rest slowly. Also, planning to add rasam to rice cereal soon, let's see

Hi Ramya
Diet looks great to me except I would say add more formula. Maybe before lunch...

Vanathi, what do you do when you have to add milk to something, say ragi or rice cereal? Do you add milk or formula?I never had this doubt for Tarun since I was in India then and I used to add milk only, here everything is different and doctors insist on not adding milk till one yr. Ragi is heat, how can I not add milk?
