    Hi Ladies,

I want to start Mutton soup for my daughter who will become 10 months old in 10 days.

    How should i prepare it?

Also is it wrong to puree chicken and freeze it into cubes and use it as and when required?

Heena, it is not wrong to cut, portion, freeze and defrost.

When I started meat for my DD (after she completed 1 year), I started with bone soup.

Just saute the already introduced spices like ginger, garlic, cardamom, cumin, bay leaf in some ghee/butter. Add the bone chunks (or mutton pieces), hand fun of chopped carrots, beans and some potatoes followed by some mint, salt and a touch of pepper. Pressure cook with lots of water until at least 6 whistles. Give her just the soup. You can eat the meat/veggies etc. This is how i started it. Mind you, go very easy on spices.
