When to introduce yogurt to babies?

    Hi ladies,
    My LO is 9months old and I am wondering when should I be introducing her to full cream yogurt? I get mixed responses when I tried asking some friends. Some say we can start now while some others say its best to wait until after 1yr. Please let me know. As of now my LO has been takin solids 3 times a day and includes various fruits/veggies/cereal combo.

    I think you can start it with other solid foods and as early as 6 months.But if the baby hasshiwn any signs of intolerance towards milk then ask your paed before starting yoghurt.

    You can give yogurt right from 6 months of age. Start with 1 tbsp and slowly increase it if everything is ok.

    Thank you all ..Also the curd you make is from whole fat milk right? Is that ok? I am planning to make it from organic whole fat milk just for LO...thanks again!
