as long as he is taking his meals properly and is pooping and peeing decently you shouldnt worry too much about timings. it will improve with time as he gets into routine.
ohhh then fine..my MIL is saying we have to chk with doctor.....even I said its normal, she is not believing.....
I dont see an issue there....at one point my kid too was like that....but he himself grew out of it.... As long as your child is healthy and active you should need not worry. Even my mom was of the opinion that this is not normal.... I am sure even paed will declare this to be "normal"....so dont worry...
Hmm mine was pooping after every meal and also when she has banana. Now reduced to one or two times ,but still sometimes its after a meal or after snacks. Noticed that she poops when drank water immediately after having banana. So started giving water after 10 mins.It worked.
mine is 2 and also does that...he started with this habit when he was 8 months old n hasn't grown out of it...he is normal otherwise and I am not too worried...the only thing that bothers me is he poops like 4-5 times a day(sometimes outside his eating schedule too at random times) and potty training him is not gonna be easy with him...
Ramya, Do you check if he has some allergies. My DD was like that. She is allergic to milk( red rashes appear if she touches milk). So i never give her milk other than a spoon ful once or twice. Then we went for allergy test which revealed that she is allergic to eggs and wheat too( but no visible reaction when i give her egg/ wheat). So I used to give her wheat daily and egg 2-3 days a week. Then her ped suggested stopping wheat and egg altogether on a different note. Now she poops only once in the morning. Some days twice( evenings). Previously she used to do that randomly 4-5 times. As a baby she used to poop after every feeding.now I realize that my diet was full of milk , eggs and wheat
