So some info to people who newly come to US: Milk: Horizon Organic milk (2%) My baby had dehydration when we bought some normal milk...after i spoke to some people here found that the above product is good n she is normal now. Health drink: Still not sure..Suggestions needed..Currently givin her Nesquick Snacks: Pepperidge farm gold fish, Cheez- it, Kellogs Krave Kindly advice me n help others on which food items are available in US that can suit most toddlers
Health drink: adding cocoa with molasses is a healthier option when compared to ready made chocolate drink mixes. Snacks: gerber cinnamon crunchies, gerber to-go fruit/veggie pouches, gerber yogurt melts, cheerios, nutri grain bars (only if your kid can chew well) Milk: doctors generally advice whole milk for kids
