    @shilpaa - thanks for the recipe.. will try out.. my DD is ok with dal rice once in a while... may be like twice or thrice a week .. frequently she doesn't prefer...

    Breakfast. Pista, paddu.
    Lunch. Moon dal rice with roasted broccoli.
    Snack. Peanut butter and banana milkshake.
    Dinner.... Ahem....wait for it.... Kaju katli. Don't ask!

    Today.

    Breakfast. Nutrios, half a larabar.
    Lunch. Egg strata with broccoli, bulgur wheat upma with onion, potato, peas. Blueberries, apple quarter, little watermelon.
