    Hi,
    Nestum is a good option for a baby's first solid food (between 6 months to 9 months).
    But at 1 year, the baby should be exposed to other home made foods like rice, idly, dosa, chapati etc.
    So, if your baby is already a year old, giving Nestum now may not be a good idea.
