amaranth flour/rajgira flour recipes

    any ideas how i can use rajgira flour to make any sort of baby food?

    Not sure of the flour recipes, but it is used as a leaf-vegetable in most parts of South India. You can use it like you use spinach.

    ramya i was talking about the flour from the seeds....

    now in north we prepares chillas and puris or even sheera with it during fasts... and people who prefer gluten free foods.... but i am wondering how i can give this to baby, since its very healthy
