Default Ergonomics: Exercises at your Desk

Dear All,
Sitting at a computer for long periods can cause neck and shoulder stiffness and occasionally lower back pain. To overcome them, do these stretches regularly.

You deserve thanks many times for this useful info. We all must have heard about the pain problems which are due to extensive sessions at the computer and when looking for remedies we come across places where we get advices on a descriptive fashion or when asked in person the suggestion is verbal. But a picture can make a lot of difference and by introducing the pictures you have made things easier. Its now easy for me to tell all my friends about this too.
