Default Scanty periods

Dear all

A friend of mine is suffering from scanty periods for the last few months. Her period flow lasts just about 2 days and is not very heavy or painful. It is very regular though.

Even previously, her flow has never been heavy or more than 3 days. But somehow, she never thought it was an issue, since her periods have always been regular.

She is worried now as she is trying to conceive, but is not able to.

Please advise of any natural means (Ayurveda, acupressure etc) to address this as soon as possible.

Thanks and love

The following ayurveda medicine will help her.

1. Ashokarishtam - 15 ml with 15ml luke warm water before breakfast.
[ this will regularise the periods within a month]

2. Dasamoolarishtam - 20 ml at bed time
[ good supportive for pregnancy]

Dear Sir

Could you please let me know where one can buy authentic phalagritham? It seems my friend was advised to have this along with Dasamoolarishtam for her scanty periods problem?

Thanks
Pavithra

Dear pavithra

sorry for the delay.

1. phalasarpis [ phalagritham] is a great medicine for infertility. it is available all outlet of kottackal arya vaidya sala or vaidyaratnam oushadasala. Holy approch is verymuch needed while taking the medicine. should not take during periods. after 5th or 6th day of menestrual cycle one can start. This is a ghee. most people used to chant "santhana gopala mantra" before taking this. After morningbath dip the bottle in to hotwater vessal and allowe to melt the ghee. Then take one tea spoon full and have it gently smoothly visualising the result is achieving.

all the best
