Triphala is a wonderful thing! I had started to take it,and I saw some nice changes in my skin, and also in my general health. I am on a break from it because I read in one of the Ayurveda articles that the body can get too used to it, so its good to take a break from it for around 2-3 weeks. I am going to start this up again. Keep taking it, and you WILL see a difference!

i also heard it is good for constipation and eye care.
we can take with honey in the empty stomach. i am giving it to my daughter!

you can get triphula tablets and powder in Sri Sri Ayurvedic center in Banaglore. Even Himalaya also has them in tablets form. It is found in all medical store.
