Hi Vrinda vipul,
Iam answering both ur queries here.
Conception might be a little diffcult if ur thyroid hormones are not under control. But if u stick with ur thyronorm regularly and be in a positive state of mind it should nt be difficult. But remember ur thyroid levels has to be maintained throughout the conception and pregnancy for safe n healthy progeny. Ve u started any external relaxing activity yet? Its sure bound to help control anxiety and keep ur mind at peace. Believe me having a peaceful mind helps conception than a stressed one.
U DINt mention the age of ur son. Respiratory infections are common in kids and can be manged well by prevention n protection. Yes chyavanprash works as it has good dose of immunity developers and vit c and yes they do expire like other meds. the ideal usage time wud be within 6 to 8 months of preperation. U can use it in hotter climate . no harm . but if u write me the age i can give the exact dosage n the way its to be eaten.
Regards,
CC

Hi Backiyalakshmi,
Pain are cramping during menstruation is afairly common problem. For some it might get normal on their own after achild birth. For some it continues. U dint specify whether u have pain in each cycle or alternate cycles, and whether the pain is severe on the first day and reduces after the bleeding begins, or if it starts after the second day u dint mention the severity either. The different symptoms may signify different kinds of dysmenorrhoea and requires different treatments.
I can give u few generalised treatments taht work.
Drink lot of tender coconut water starting three days prior to ur due until fourth day of the perios.
Drinking barley water will work too.
Take aloe vera (either as aplant gel or as tablets available over the counter) with milk from 1st day oof periods to 12th day every month.
Make sure u r not anemic as that might be the reason too
In general avoid aerated drinks, too much starch from aweek prior to the due and u might be less prone for an attack
warm a tsp of gingelly oil and have it with plain rice in ur every meal for 45 days and tht ll work too.
Try all this and get back
Regards,
CC

Hi Prabha,
Halitosis or bad breath can be an ambarassing problem. It usually might be a problem within the oral cavity if u have too many gaps in teeth r cracks u cant reach with a brush. But it might sometimes signify an underlying gastric issue. The best way to determine is to note whether u have any gastric symptoms like gas distensions, acidity, constipation, belching, and if u do jus note what time fo the day its severe. If u dont have any of the above u get tested for blood sugar levels as early in diabetes some might have halitosis. If u r clear on that front too then use a medium brush thrice day to brush. brush after ur lunch too. and use a mouthwash after every meal. do not snack r go on empty stomach for long. change ur toothbrush every three months irrespective of whether it looks old.
Try these n it ll get resolved
Regards,
Cc

Hi Dollysonpari,
Hair loss problem might be a disease unto itself or might signify some underlying malnutrition. Its important that u r not anemic to stop the hair loss. As ur thyroids are normal, the problem might be malnutrition. In which case u have include protein rich foods like dhals, eggs, chicken, and iron rich foods like dates, apples, pomegranates, greens, jaggery, honey and vit e rich sprouts and if u eat non veg fish in ur everyday diet. Its not that u eat them once every few days. U ve to include them in every meal and plan ur meal in a way that incorpaorates all these.and rememeber diet changes wont do magic but it sure works.
THe keratex oil is a mild stimulant and should help u regrow ur hair. If u r not satisfied with it , then think about visiting a siddha doctor who can prescribe u the meds for regrowing hair. Moreover use only diluted shampoo for hair wash. and make sure u dont have dandruff as that damages the roots. U can try rubbing raw onion to the spots where scalp is visible as it is amild stimulant and may help regrowth. but remeber to wash ur hair after this routine. dont comb ur hair when its wet and always use a mild conditioner. Also include aloe gel in ur diet as it is a good coolant. Try eating methi soaked and sprouted with yoghurt .
Try all this and dont get stressed. Drink lots of water and reduce the intake of caffeine. sleep for soild 8 hrs in the night and avoid napping during the day.
Regards,
CC

Hi Priya,
Yes Pcos can be manged efficiently with siddha treatment . I advice u to seriousluy consider it as a supportive therapy along with the allopathic treatement for conception or regularising ur menstrual cycle. I assure u it works wonders.
As for the second query, the scar tissue cant be removed by siddha treatment. But ask ur cousn to take siddha treatment as a supportive therapy with her presnt allopathic course of treatment as it really aids the procedure.
All the best,
Regards,
CC
