To get rid of cold and cough try to avoid the causative factors responsible for it.
1. Avoid exposure from causative factors like pollen, cold winds, chills during winter, sudden exposure to hot or cold.
2. Try deep breathing exercises or pranayam which also helps to get rid of stress causing most of the disease condition by reducing our immune power.
3. Consume plenty of citrus fruits in daily diet like oranges, lemon, strawberries containing vit c. Drink plenty of water which helps to expel the toxins from our body.

i want advice for my son who is 5 years old and having bronchital asthma. whenever he gets cold it ends up with nebulizer that much chest congestion. he lacks appetite and loses nerves control ie urinating in the bed and uncontrollable naughtiness.
so we want to stop giving nebulization and start alternative medicine. i thought homeopathy would help him more.
the second query i have is for my elder son who is 10 years old having pungent odour under his arms. we are sometimes not going nearby him. he also feels very dejected. is there any medicine for him in homeopathy?
the third query is i am feeling like i hv thyroid problem ie sudden weight increase pain in joints irregular periods etc.etc.. i am yet to check with a doctor. if i find out this as positive i would like to start homeopathy medicine. pl. advice.

I m glad to see u here. MY father and brother are physician but i m very much intrested in homeopathy medicine. I give only homeopathy medicine to my daughter who is going to be 3 and i bought all the medicines in India.
Now i want to discuss my problem. I have severe accidety. When i have accidety i get headacheand my eyes become heavy. I tried nasphos6 but that dint work.
Can you plese help me out.

Good to see your thread. My query is at present I am taking Arnica Plus trioffer homeopathy hair oil also the trioffer tablet. The day i started using this oil and tablet my hair fall is greatly reduced and sure to grow one inch every month. My doubt is .. Is it safe to take this tablet life long I dont feel any sideeffects till now all only plus points like my constipation problem is greatly releived. Before starting this tablet i asked one of the homeopath doctor online that whether i could use this tablet or not as i am feeding my one year baby for which the doctor said it has no side effects and it is very safe to use also it cures aneamic problem.
