i hv been suffering fm sinusitis for the last so many years.

nowadays i follow a simple thing to get rid of the water inside

1. take steam with vicks regularly sometimes 2/3 times a day.
2. drink warm water only
3. use nasal drops to clear the nose.
4. apply "neerkovai mathirai" paste on my forehead whenever I feel like water inside.

my sister is a siddha/ayurvedic doctor. she prescribed me the following medicines

1.karpuradhi churnam
2. thalisadhi churnam
3.karpuradhi tablet

i don't think it's available in USA. if possible bring fm chennai. the above worked out very well for me.

nowadays, I hear more about art of living. i think if we continue to do more breathing exercises, that they teach, we would get rid of this, and in future, asthma problems, etc. i think yoga shd help us to cure.
