TULSI:-
There are 15 varies of Tulsi plants are there , we know about two types White tulsi(Lakshmitulsi) Blacktulsi ( Krishna tulsi)
Tulsi is can be used for cough, throat congestion , skin problem , mouth problem seeds are used for nervous problem ete............ Krishna tulsi has more medicinal value.
Usage:-
Cough:- Tusli juice with Honey 3 times a day(equeal (1+1)
Throat congestion:- tulsijuice with Ginger juice twice a day
Skin problem :- juice with milkcream apply affected areaand wash after some time.
Mouth problem :- Chew the leaves daily 2to3 times
Nervous problem :- eat 1gm seeds daily.
