Post Ayurveda for Respiratory Problem

Hi all,

I am experiencing Respiratory trouble, something like Wheezing, for the last one year. I have taken a lot of Allopathic medicines from that time onwards... Now also I am taking them along with Rotahaler.

Can this be cured by Ayurvedic Medicines.? I just don't want to continue with all these antibiotics any more.... Any suggestions??

Hi manju,
I was also in same boat after my second delivery..I took foll precautions & now I have no wheezing at all for last 8-10 yrs..
Keep urself warm esp early morn just as soon as u get up from bed..wear extra shirt, sweater etc as per weather till ur body warms up..everyday
Best to wear red socks..loose ones ..even cotton r fine..i.e.keep feet warm at all times...
Rub soles with any soft brush before going to bed..till soles r warm
Keep calm headed & learn to let go ..of past & present wrong -doings,hate etc..

2 times have milk diluted with ginger& tulsi water 50-50( milk/ water)

of course if u have time pranayam is gud..try 2 give FB

Hi Arch,

Thank you for your kind reply.... I developed this problem after I shifted to Chennai... Doctors are of the opinion that it is due to Pollution or dust (I was staying in an industrial area till two months back). I get these attacks not only during Cool seasons, but also during other times also. When I take medicines, the problem subsides only to return after two weeks...this is happening for the past two months...

hi manju,

I also have wheezing...and it aggravates when there is dust..the climate change also is not helping..... my cardiologist suggests that if we take the rotohaler (i saw that u use one, i use salmeterol +fluticosone combo) continuously instead of during attacks...it will come under control and also will stop... i am using.. it everyday. My son i give pankajakasthuri as he is also prone to breathing problems..it is under control.

Hi Manju
You can try ginger juice 3 - 4 drops + honey 1 tsp - 2 / 3 times in a day
