As per the birth chart of your chant, the change of job for higher benefits as per the transit Jupiter or Saturn is not much encouraging. Also, in his chart, the Saturn the significator of profession is followed by Ketu, a malefic planet. Hence, much care should be taken for change over of job.

Generally, when the 7th house or 7th lord or the luminaries i.e. sun and moon and also Venus is aspected by SAturn, it will delay the marriage. In your case, the Saturn is directly aspecting the Sun, which is one of the reasons for the delay; but the delays has been extraordinary. This is due to the reason the dasa lords are not much helpful. You had bee running the dasa of Rahu, which has not conferred the marriage.

However, the Jupiter dasa will get operated from 5.4.2011, which will be capable of giving the marriage. As per the dasa period, the period from frm 27.07.2011 and 22.11.2011 is capable of giving marriage.

Generally, the natives of Leo or Cancer Ascendant, in most of the case, teh married life may not be much happy. This is for the simple reason, that Leo, ruled by Sun is considered as King and the Moon is considered to be Queen and their 7th house (for both) is represented by Saturn, basically considered as Soldier/servant. Hence, the relationship between king/queen with the servant may not be much cordial since the royal planets will behave in a royal manner and expect the life partner should also behave as royal; but in practice this is not so. Apart from this, in your chart, the 7th Lord, lord of life partenr has gone to 12th house, house of expenditure/loss. Hence, the life partner may not be much helpful. On scrutiny of the birth chart of your husband, it is found that he belongs to Scropio Ascendant, and the Ascendant Lord Mars has gone to 12th house. Normally, when the Ascendant Lord goes to 6th, 8th or 12th houses, such natives may be come to highest position in the life.

Astavargam is another one, where we can study of savings. The 10th house has 32 points, which is good, 11th house has 26 points, and the 12th house has 19 points. In simple terms, he will have the income of Rs.32, savings of Rs. 26 and out of which , he will have expenditure of Rs.19. So, there may be profit; but no much.

While coming to the dasa period, at present he is running the dasa of Venus from 06.03.1992, which will be over by 06.03.2012. Venus is the lord of 7th and also 12th house. As lord of 12th house, any planet will not give much benefits. This may be one of the reasons for his set back.

At present, the transit Jupiter is in the 9th house from his Moon sign, which is a favourable period. Also the transit Saturn is also in the third house, which is also much favourable position.

Hence, you may pray Goddess Mahalakshmi, being the Dasa Lord and also your husband's 9th lord, which will give much improvements in his life.
