| Thanks so much..will get back at you ASAP..and, do you mean to set at the lowest temperature for the second time baking for 30 mts? R. |

| Dear Rama, It is not actually baking a second time. It is just keeping it warm for a longer time to make it more crisp.The fat content being low, otherwise it may be a little soft in the centre. Love, Chithra. |

| Dear Nandhu, Thanks a ton (or a million?) ! Yes, I do need help, very badly.Though I think, I have included all the recipes, a few are likely to have been missed out inadvertently. Just make a random search for a few recipes from the recipe index, in the A-Z thread & write to me the list of those that do not appear! I will be very thankful!! Love, Chithra. Quote:

| dear Mrs chitra ji ,if given a choice between an otg that has a max temp of 250 and a one with 270 which one should be preferred and why.what is turbo air function?thanks and regards,humera. |
| ||||
| Dear Humera, I personally feel 250 is sufficient. I saw the following on the net about turbo air fnction. the turbo will "surge" making a kinda 'wub wub wub wub' sound (I've heard this) and go between spinning forward and backwards with the unequal pressures. I don't think, you need to bother much about it. It is spinning forward & backward from what I understand. Love, Chithra. |
