Dear GK,
Alu dum is always a favourite & there are many recipes for it! Mine is just one!!
For a 3 year old, to sit patiently by the side when Amma is cooking, is less common!!
Love,
Chithra.

Hello Mrs. C

You have misunderstood. She was not watching me cooking. She was eating karasev the whole time. She said it was Yummy Yum!

Made Mexican Rice for lunch today. It was awesome. Cooking rice with garlic gave a nice aroma and all the vegetables gave a nice look. It was really a fiesta at my home now. It tasted awesome.

Thanks once again.
Regards
GK

Dear GK,
Even when I tried Mexican Rice last month for the get-together, all the guests went ga-ga over it! So, when I posted it, I guessed, it would be an instant hit!! You are all proving it right.
Love,
Chithra.

Dear VK,
If you call yourselves, sappattu ramigal, I am the leader !!
PP cooking not only saves time, but oil & gas also.Amma started it & now, myself and my sister have caught on, with almost everything.
Just now I made knol khol + gram dhal kootu in it & washing it to make vathakuzambu. I am scared, I will end up buying one more!!
Love,
Chithra.

Dear Sowmi,
Right now in top 10 recipes, Mexican Rice is in the first place, right??
More than trying them out, I love the way, you all "dress" up the dish so nicely. I want everyone of you to learn all that from my photos!!
Thanks.
Love,
Chithu.
