Dear Lali,
all I can say is, your guests are blessed!! You are feeding them too well, taking great care!!
Beware, they may visit you on a regular basis!! Now, I myself am tempted by your 'adithi upajaram" !!
Love,
Chithra.

Dear Mami,
Getting a compliment from a person like you... I am too blessed. I would be more blessed if her highness would let us take care of her but it would be like Maduraikke mallipoova... we will never be near you..you are a class apart in 'adhithi upajaram' !!!

Dear Latha, you can cut down coconut & add more onions - no problem.
It is a less common version of mattar paneer!
Kneading mullangi makes it easier to rol - but it should be rolled as soon as you knead for best non-messy results!
Love,
Chithra.

Believe me, Raji, I am just swooning at your photo.
It does absorb little more oil, BUT the taste is worth it! As usual, I a 'lifting' this photo!
Love,
Chithra.
