Vahee same pinch... at our home too Veg. omelette. Thank God for giving us Chithramma and hence such recipes which come in handy on a lazy saturday.

Lunch i made chow-chow sambar and green beans curry following your tips, Chithramma. tomato in sambar and v.kuzhambu are a must in our home these days.

Have fresh palak.. hope i'll find time for palak paratha tonight itself. i also plan to raid chinese shop for any interesting veges.

Dear Chitrama,

Todays lunch was ladysfinger morkuzhambu, brinjal fry, Veg omlette and MW pappad. All the dishes turned out soooper especially loved the veg omlette

Latha & Vahee same pinch to both of you, me too did veg omlette today

Oh Latha, suddenly veg omelette is "catching up" here in IL??
Now a days if I buy fresh palak, immediately, I blanche & grind it to store. That way, it is easy!!
Latha, I am so excited, I bought fresh dill (suva bhaji) this morning & made my own version of dhal with it. The whole house is smelling good! After tasting, I will post it!

Dear Mam,

here iam with the fb for pavbhaji which i prepared today for the evening .had some friends over and prepared this filling dish following your recipe.even though its been a repeat just culdnt stop myself from giving a feed back as it was totally a blast today with your receipe.all the friends enjoyed it thoroughly and were all excited to try it too.

as usual i just followed the receipe blindly and i got to serve an authentic tasty pavbhaji in plates.

Dear Chitrama,
Made Fig burfi for the evening. To tell u the truth i was longing to have some sweets for the past 3 days but didnt want to have any sweet with sugar, ghee etc and you posted the Fig burfi right on time for me
Super tatsy & healthy burfis ( didnt add ghee but still the taste was sooper )

Dear chitramma,
Today i prepared mogalai biriyani for lunch. It was very tasty and everyone in my house enjoyed it.. As this the first time i baked the rice in the oven. I was not aware of the moderate tempeature setting.. I guessed and baked for 15 mts at 350F. It came out really well. My DH said
"cookingla therindu variye".

Dear Mrs.Chitra,
Made butter biscuits today. My kids had fun rolling the dough and cutting them out with cookie cutters. Taste - absolutely delicious. While it was baking in the oven, my house was filled with aroma. Thankyou for sharing the super delicious recipe.
