Dear Latha, personally, I think PP is a wonder gadget. Even for kuzambu I do not have a separate vessel. One PP & a small
pr cooker are ideal for making the dishes for a three course meal.
Yes, the dieticians say that carrit, coconut are all OK occasionally.A highly diabetic friend says she is advised to take sweet potato by her dietician & gave me the recipe for S P chaat.
