The following are generally offered as naivedyam for Krishna Jayanthi. I am giving the general menu. One can add according to family custom. Uppu Seedai (Rice) or Uppu Seedai (Maida) or Seepu Seedai And Butter Murukku or Mullu Thenkuzal or Kai Murukku or Thattai or Omappodi or White Thenkuzhal And either Sweet Seeda (Maida) or Vella Seedai And Neiyappam or Unniappam or Wheatflour-Maida-Jaggery Appam And Aval Kesari or Vellaval(jaggery aval) And Akkaravadisal or Pal Pongal or Pal Payasam or MW Pal Pongal or MW Akkaravadisal or MW Palpayasam or Rice Kheer Any one of the following can be optionally made. The following are generally offered as naivedyam for Vinayaka Chathurthi: Kozukkattai - for Varalakshmi Nombu & Vinayaka Chathurthi Pal Kozukkattai Easy Pal Kozukkattai Black Channa Sundal Dhal-rice Payasam or Pal Payasam Ulundu Vadai Mahanaivedyam (cooked rice) + little cooked dhal The following are optional & varies with family customs: Chimili Urundai Unniappam or any other sweet appam Pacharisi (raw rice idli): for this, follow my Idli recipe.
