Default Hello Sudha !

As far as I know there is no substitute for falooda seeds. They are also called sabja seeds or thokmaria seeds ! In case of non availability, you will have to omit it !
Then that is not doing full justice to my favourite jil jil !
Love & regards,
Chithra.

Default Another name for Sabja Seeds

Hello Sudha,

The english equivalent name for Sabja seeds is Basil Seeds( or sweet Basil seeds). You may try to get it in health food or organic food stores.
How about trying nurseries?

Vandhana

Default Hello Meena !

I did'nt know there was a rose milk essence. Use it, if it is coloured as well.
In citric acid there is a special quality which is foodgrade. So buy it & use. There is also a cheap variety of citric acid , low in price & available in big packs. Do not use that.
Love & regards,
Chithra.
