    Dear Chitramma

    Pls forgive me for being here after a loooong gap.

    I want to make caramel payasam tmrw. If I try with 1/2 a litre of milk, should I pressurize in sim for 25 minutes also or less than that. Thank you so much.

    Dear MrsV,
    I suggest you through all my mini-idli recipes. Deep frying idlis should be the last option since it "drinks" a lot of oil! Shallow or tava frying is better.

    Chopping machine- I meant an exclusive one for just chopping. I saw a small device in Big Bazaar. But did not buy then. Please post the small mixie you said you have (for powdering elachi etc.). Take your own time.

    Now about the food processor:
    Mine is Philips Food Processor HR7625/70
    Wattage & voltage - 500W, 220-240v, 50HZ
    Cost is Rs 4000 - in Viveks they give a mandatory discount of 200 rs.
    I will write down the various purposes for which I use & post in Tips.
    The small dry grinder, mine is Brawn.You get many makes, small, only dry grinding. Costs below 1000 rs only.

    How to make Paani Poori?

    Gud evening mada,

    I have tried paani poori two tmes. It came out successfully. But i dont know how to get the exact taste of Paani......Could you please tell me....the correct recipe of this....
