| Dear Vina, I have posted a kuzambu called milakaanam - it is specially good. You can also make milaku kuzambu with less chillies & pepper. Make poricha kuzambu with moong dal, for some time, then introduce tur dhal gradually.This is more not to disturb the baby's delicate digestive system. Do not include whole pulses, potato etc for one month. Thereby gradually introduce everything except hot spicy food. All green vegs are good - ladies' finger, snake gourd, brinjal, chenai, drumstick, small amount of keerai etc. Give plenty of oats & garlic. If onion does not cause colic for the baby, she can have it.I will post a post-pregnancy rasam, right now. Love, Chithra. |
